X13 ("we", "us") is an AI photo and video generation app. We built X13 to be privacy-first: we do not collect your personal data. By using X13 you agree to this policy.

We don't collect your data

X13 does not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal data. We do not track you across other apps or websites, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

What happens with your content

• The prompts you write and any reference image you upload are used only to produce the result you requested, and reference images are deleted after processing.
• Generations you choose to share are shown publicly in the Discover feed. Anything you don't share stays private to you, and you can delete your posts at any time.
• We do not read, mine, or sell your creations.

Sign-in & purchases

Signing in (Apple or Google) and purchases are handled by Apple and Google directly. We never see or store your password or payment card details; these providers process that information under their own privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Content you explicitly choose to share is public. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users and service.

Your choices & rights

• Edit your profile, manage notification preferences, block or report users in the app.
• Delete individual shared posts at any time.
• Delete your account and associated data directly from the app, or by contacting us (below).

Children

X13 is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
